To register as a new customer, please click on “Register”. A window will open. In the right or bottom field you can register with your email address and a password of your choice. You will now be redirected to the My Account page. There you can add your address and your desired payment method. If you have any challenges during registration, please contact our customer service ( info@dinar-shop.com ) and we will take care of your request immediately.
To log into your customer account, click on “Log in”. A window will open. Enter your username or email address and your password in the left or top field. If you have forgotten your password, please click on “Forgot password”. Enter your username or email address again. You will then receive an automatic email from customer service. Click on the link in the email to reset your password and assign yourself a new password. If you have any challenges logging in, please contact our customer service ( info@dinar-shop.com ) and we will take care of your request immediately.

You can enter and redeem your voucher in the “Voucher” field on the shopping cart page.
If you would like to order your selected products, please click on “Add to cart”. By clicking on the shopping cart symbol in the top right, the shopping cart opens and the products you have selected are displayed.
Now there are only a few steps left to complete your order. First, click on “Continue to checkout” on the shopping cart page. Please enter your full address there. You have the option of opening a customer account here. Then select your desired payment method and finally click on “Buy now”. This completes the ordering process.
After completing your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation from us by email. Please check that all details are correct. If you ordered incorrectly or provided incorrect data, please contact customer service immediately to make changes ( info@dinar-shop.com ).
If you have not received your goods within the stated delivery time, please check the shipment tracking to see where your package is. You will receive the link to the shipment tracking from us in the shipping notification via email. If you have not received an email, please check your spam folder. If you notice that your package has been damaged or lost en route, please contact customer service ( info@dinar-shop.com ). We will then send you a new package immediately.
Shipment
As standard, we ship with the shipping service providers DHL and FEDEX
As soon as our shipping service provider has processed your package, you will receive a package notification via email with a tracking link that allows you to track the status of your shipment. If you have not received an email, please check your spam folder.
We ship the goods from Germany.
- The delivery time within Germany is approximately 2-5 days.
- The delivery time abroad is approximately 3-12 days.
Note! On public holidays there may be delays in delivery by the shipping service provider.
